Spiral Wound Gaskets
Spiral wound gaskets are very suitable for applications featuring heavy operating conditions.
Spiral wound gaskets are made by spirally winding V profile stainless steel with soft sealing layer (exp. graphite, PTFE etc.) They can be used for sealing flange joints, manhole and handhold covers, tube covers, boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, pumps, compressors, and valves.
They are particularly suited for high thermal loads and cyclic conditions.

Heat Exchanger solutions
Heat exchanger gaskets are manufactured using graphite, compressed fiber sheet or other material as a soft filler, protected by an outer double jacket in various metals such as soft iron, copper or stainless steel.
Spiral wound, kammprofile gaskets can also be used in shell & tube type heat exchangers. All gaskets can be made with integral or welded pass bars.
Suitable for sealing flanges at high operating temperature and pressures, in both heat exchangers and pressure vessels.

Corrugated Metal Gaskets
Corrugated gaskets can be used on uneven or distorted sealing surfaces, where a more elastic material with better sealing performance is needed.

Gaskets with metal inner eyelet
Gaskets with metal inner eyelet offer special protection against blowout were sealing critical or dangerous substances.
The austenitic stainless steel inner eyelet offers excellent protection for the soft gasket material against erosion and corrosion, it prevents contamination towards the medium within the pipeline and also reduces gas permeability of the sealing material.
The sealing material is usually from a soft fiber sheet.

Flat Kammprofile Gaskets
Kammprofile gaskets are the preferred gasket solution when improved sealing and safety performance is required.
Metal gaskets with serrated faces have proven to be very effective for sealing flange connections, particularly for applications where high temperatures, pressures and cycling conditions are encountered.

Metallic ring type joint gaskets are manufactured according to the API 6A and ASME B 16.20 standard for applications at elevated temperatures and pressures.

The tightest, safest and most durable flange gasket in the world.
Designed to replace Spiral Wound and Cammprofile gaskets its fully metal design is robust and easy to handle, enabling a simple, gas-tight installation that is guaranteed maintenance-free for the long term.
Once installed the connection is non-ductile, static, and never requires re-tightening of bolts or fasteners to maintain tightness. Galvanic corrosion is also mitigated by manufacturing the DELTA-V Seal from a compatible material as the connecting flanges joints.

Mica Gasket Sheets & Gaskets

Flat PTFE Enveloped Gaskets
PTFE enveloped gaskets have a PTFE envelope on the outside. Thanks to their high chemical stability, good mechanical properties and permanent resistance to the atmosphere (humidity, gas and temperature changes) they are suitable for use with various substances, particularly aggressive chemicals. Products are made from PTFE. The insert is usually from a soft fiber gasket.

Slade: Manufacturing of Patented Graphite Yarns
Slade manufactures all of its own patented graphite yarns. The advantage is that each individual strand has its own unique core made of high tensile carbon fiber. The graphite yarns are protected by US & EU patents. They were developed to conduct heat like steel alloys, to transfer the heat away from the pump shaft and valve stem.

Rubber
A wide range of rubber products from SBR, NBR, EPDM to FKM or FFKM in different forms: roll, cut gasket, profile gaskets, etc. Rubber gaskets are used up to 250°C, but most of them are capable of only 100-110°C continuous temperature in a wide variety of applications. The base rubber material can be reinforced with polyamide fabric or even steel insert for higher pressure and blow out resistance.
